What do we have here then? It's the first Fixed Gear Wales product. The exclusive FGW Strap-On is a multi function strap featuring velcro fastening for ease of use. Use them to attach anything to your frame without the need to permanently spoil the "smooth lines" of your "whip". Why use a bottle cage when you can use a Strap-On? Paint Your Frame!

When I painted my bike the first time I used regular car paint, the colour was ok but pretty dull and it certainly didn't "pop" so when my girlfriend asked me to build her a bike (singlespeed) for her birthday I wanted to try something different. The obvious choice was graffiti paint, it did an amazing job, I used a matte pink by Montana from the Exist shop in Swansea and the colour just blew me away, the paint is so thick that the frame was practically done with just one coat! I stuck a few more on top and didn't bother to lacquer it cause the finish is immense. I have resprayed mine matte black using Molotow which also did a great job. No-Hands Trackstands, Booyaa!

Had an awesome ride into town today, I took out the same car on 3 different red lights, bet he was gutted :-p I then learned no-hands trackstands before having a crappy skate on a curb. Later on I was killing the no-hands left right and centre, of course when I got the camera out I couldn't do one for toffee! Check out the worst video I have ever made:

City Sprint Bike Messenger

Last summer I spent two days in London shooting photos for City Sprint which is the UK's leading courier company. I had no interest in bikes back then and didn't even know what a fixed gear was so I shot some pictures of a girl on a fixie wearing all the gear and going about her business blissfully un-aware that in 6 months I would be eating, sleeping and breathing bike culture, weeeeeeeird.
